This is important for yourself – so that you know money is spent well and can always be properly accounted for. But it is also important to inspire trust in the community you serve as well as in your donors, – so that they can see you are professional, responsible and accountable.

This workshop is for you if you want to make sure you are handling incoming and outgoing moneys properly and if you want to make sure everyone in your team knows what they need to do to keep it so.

Workshop members will receive an outline for a basic financial manual with prompts guiding you through the set-up of your own rules and systems.
