In this workshop we will look at how to calculate the real cost for time spent by your staff. In many project grants, you need to budget for days worked x cost of time spent – and to report on that as well. With help of time sheets you can keep track of time spent. But how to calculate the cost of that time? What to include in that calculation? What is allowed and usual practice?

This is for you if you want to be able to calculate the real cost of time spent by your team in a transparent way, based on common principles, that you can share with any donor or auditor if they ask.

Workshop members will receive a worksheet on fee calculation and an excel format to calculate their fees.
